Sean Fifield grew up in Austin, TX and graduated from Westwood High School. He received his Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Trinity University, where he was a three time All-American in tennis and won a national championship. Mr. Fifield graduated from South Texas College of Law in 2007.
Mr. Fifield began his legal career as a Special Prosecutor with the State of Texas where he prosecuted sexually violent predators for the Special Prosecution Unit (SPU) over the course of four and a half years. While at the SPU, he tried over thirty jury trials, authored numerous appeals to the Texas Supreme Court and the Ninth Court of Appeals, and argued in front of the Ninth Court of Appeals.
Mr. Fifield moved back to Austin in 2011 and worked as a prosecutor for the Williamson County District and County Attorney’s Office. During this time, he handled numerous felony and misdemeanor cases, represented the Department of Family Protective Services (CPS), and conducted mental commitment hearings.
